On one of the last original terraced locations in the Remstal, we harvest grapes from almost 50-year-old Riesling vines. Over the centuries, a pronounced layer of humus has developed here, which promotes the unique biodiversity in the soil and supports the vine roots in absorbing a wide range of substances. As they mature, they unfold in an incomparable variety of aromas.
