Almost burgundy textured.

The grapes from our vines, which are over 40 years old, ripen on the heights of the Remstal. Every degree Celsius that is cooler on a summer night here at 400 meters above sea level, every cold morning wind that blows through the vines, slows down the ripening process of the grapes. This is the only way to create the complex aromas that we support with aging in the wood.

Weine Parfum der Erde Müller Thurgau

Light yellow with green reflections in the glass, perfectly balanced green apple and citrus notes dominate in the mouth with hints of mint, grapefruit and wild herbs. The almost Riesling-like spiciness with fine acidity and minerality is fascinating... and the brilliantly long finish.
